Project Summary
BevMo has turned to us since 2005 to study their target consumers. During this time we’ve developed an in-depth understanding of their consumers’ mindset and as a result we have become a strategic partner, working closely with BevMo and their agency Hoffman Lewis to hone their messaging and merchandising strategies. Ongoing team efforts with the open-minded management at BevMo have resulted in creative research designs and big learnings. Using management interviews, consumer shop-along interviews, consumer cupboard audits, and more, we have unraveled the different mindsets of their shoppers and made specific suggestions about their store layout and messaging strategies, many of which have been implemented to powerful results.
